The 2024 Gathering will welcome 230 production designers and 20 students. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Due to the high demand, the event may sell out in a short period. Secure your spot early.

This year production design professors have the opportunity to extend their stay by one additional day to join a day-long workshop organized by PD-REN (Production Design Research and Education Network) in collaboration with the Production Designers Gathering.

 

Production design advocates including representatives of production design organizations around the globe are invited to join a day-long workshop to discuss current advocacy issues, share strategies and methods.

Registration spots are limited, first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Registration to the advocacy workshop is open to representatives of production design organizations. To register please provide organization credentials.


   Registration Terms & Conditions

  • All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and taxes are included.

  • Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set up during the registration process.

  • Registration fees are based on the date of the receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received before midnight, Central European Time (UTC +2), on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise the registration fee of the next period will be applied.

    Payment Details

  • All payments are to be made in Euro (€). Bank charges are to be settled by the payer.

  • By Credit Card 

    • Online payments by credit card will be processed through the Gathering online services system, which is fully GBPR and PCI DSS compliant.​

  • By Bank Transfer

    • ​Online bookings by bank transfer can be processed through the Gathering online services system. After selecting the Gathering services of your choice, please tick the appropriate box (payment “by bank transfer”) in the payments section. The online system will then send you a confirmation of your services which will serve as your booking order and needs to be sent to the Organizing Secretariat along with a copy of the bank transfer receipt (see below our bank accounts). 

  • Important note: Your bookings will be valid for seven (7) days after completion of the online order. Payment by bank transfer is to be completed within this timeframe, for final confirmation of your bookings. If the appropriate fees are not paid within the 7-day deadline, your bookings will be automatically cancelled.

  • Important note: A copy of the bank transfer receipt needs to be sent to the CONGRESS ORGANIZING SECRETARIAT email at pdgathering@erasmus.gr, along with the above-mentioned booking. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the respective confirmation voucher by e-mail.

    Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be sent in writing by e-mail to pdgathering@erasmus.gr and will be subject to the following conditions:

    • REGISTRATION:

      • For cancellation requests until September 1, 2024: 100% of the total amount will be refunded, minus €50 administration fees.

      • For cancellation requests received from September 1, 2024 onwards: no refund applies.

    • ACCOMMODATION:

      • Up to and including July 1, 2024: full refund, minus €50 administration fees.​

      • From July 2, 2024 till August 1, 2024: 50% of the total amount will be retained as cancellations fees.

      • From August 2, 2024 till September 1, 2024: 75% of the total amount will be retained as cancellation fees.

      • From September 2, 2024 onwards: No refunds will be granted.

  • All refunds will be processed within one (1) month after the end of the Gathering. Bank charges will be deducted.
