Get Ready for an Extraordinary Gathering

Official registration for the 2026 Production Designers Gathering opens on July 5. We expect the event to sell out quickly, so sign up for our mailing list to receive registration updates.

Registration Fee

850€

Registration for the 2026 Gathering includes:

  • Transportation from Athens Piraeus Port to Spetses Island on October 16 by chartered boat

 

  • Admittance to Welcome Reception on October 16

 

  • Access to all sessions on October 17, 18 and 19

 

  • Attendance at lunches and dinners on October 17, 18 and 19

 

  • Coffee and refreshments during official Gathering breaks

 

  • Gathering material and documentation

 

  • Transportation back from Spetses Island to Athens by bus on October 20

Terms + Conditions

All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and taxes are included.

Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a VAT Number. 

The invoicing address and VAT number can be set up during the registration process.

Payment Details

All payments must be made in Euro (EUR).

Bank charges are to be settled by the payer.

By credit card

Online payments by credit card will be processed through the Production Designers Gathering online services system, which is fully GDPR and PCI DSS compliant.

By bank transfer

Online bookings by bank transfer can be processed through the Gathering online services system. After selecting the Gathering services of your choice, please tick the appropriate box (payment “by bank transfer”) in the payments section.\

The online system will then send you a confirmation of your services, which will serve as your booking order and needs to be sent to the Organizing Secretariat along with a copy of the bank transfer receipt.


Important Notes

Your bookings will be valid for seven (7) days after completion of the online order. Payment by bank transfer is to be completed within this timeframe for final confirmation of your bookings. If the appropriate fees are not paid within the 7-day deadline, your bookings will be automatically cancelled.

A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail at pdgathering@erasmus.gr, along with the above-mentioned booking. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the respective confirmation voucher by e-mail.

All personal data included in the databases to which access is granted will be protected according to the European Directive for the Protection of Personal Data with appropriate software and hardware measurements.

Cancelation Policy

For cancellation requests until September 1, 2026

100% of the total amount will be refunded minus the 50€ administration fees.

For cancellation requests after September 1, 2026

No refund applies.
