    Registration fee includes:

  • Travel from Athens port to Spetses and back 

  • Opening night party

  • A full program of workshops, panels and roundtables

  • Coffee breaks as per conference program

  • Lunches as per conference program

  • 3 nights of communal dinners

    Registration fee for companion includes:

  • Travel from Athens port to island and back

  • Registration is limited to production designers and production design students. 

  • To register as a production designer please provide an updated CV (imdb page, website, PDF). 

  • To register as a student a proof of enrollment (i.e. current student ID card) must be uploaded. 



   Registration Terms & Conditions

  • All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and taxes are included.

  • Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can be set up during the registration process.

  • Registration fees are based on the date of the receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received before midnight, Central European Time (UTC +2), on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise the registration fee of the next period will be applied.

    Payment Details

  • All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR). Bank charges are to be settled by the payer.

  • Registration payments must be completed before the end of the selected registration deadline. If the payment is not submitted by the stated deadline, the fee will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next time period.

  • Online payment by credit card will be processed through the event online services system which is fully GDPR and PCI DSS compliant.

  • Online bookings by bank transfer can be processed through the event online services system. After selecting the services of your choice, please tick the appropriate box (payment “by bank transfer”) in the payments section. The online system will then send you a confirmation of your services which will serve as your booking order and needs to be sent to the conference organizers along with a copy of the bank transfer receipt (see below our bank accounts). 

  • Important note: Your bookings will be valid for seven (7) days after completion of the online order. Payment by bank transfer is to be completed within this timeframe, for final confirmation of your bookings. If the appropriate fees are not paid within the 7-day deadline, your bookings will be automatically cancelled.

  • Important note: A copy of the bank transfer receipt needs to be sent to the the conference organizers at pdgathering@erasmus.gr, along with the above-mentioned booking. Upon receipt of payment, organizers will e-mail the respective confirmation voucher.

    Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be sent in writing by to pdgathering@erasmus.gr and will be subject to the       

      following conditions:

  • For cancellation requests until September 1st, 2022: 100% of the total amount will be refunded, minus 50€ administration fees.

  • For cancellation requests received from September 1st, 2022 onwards: no refund applies.

  • All refunds will be processed within one (1) month after the end of the Gathering. Bank charges will be deducted.
